Registration regulations
Please find below the description of the WWCS registration rates as well as information on payment methods and our cancellation policy.

Registration categories
Standard Rate
Includes access to welcome reception, all sessions, coffee and lunch breaks. Conference dinner can be booked separately for 90 EUR incl. tax
March 1 – April 15, 2024 (early bird rate):
450 EUR incl. tax
April 16 – May 24, 2024:
595 EUR incl. tax
Early Career Researchers Rate
Includes access to welcome reception, all sessions, coffee and lunch breaks. Conference dinner can be booked separately for 90 EUR incl. tax
Only applies to persons in the early career stage from students to PhD (certificate of enrollment or a written letter of affiliation by your institute or company is required as proof; must be uploaded during the registration process for verification)
March 1 – April 15, 2024 (early bird rate):
320 EUR incl. tax
April 16 – May 24, 2024:
417 EUR incl. tax
Low to Middle Income Countries Rate
Includes access to welcome reception, all sessions, coffee and lunch breaks. Conference dinner can be booked separately for 90 EUR incl. tax
Only applies to persons coming from low to middle income countries as categorized by Wellcome Trust (a written letter of affiliation by your institute or company is required as proof; must be uploaded during the registration process)
March 1 – May 24, 2024:
238 EUR incl. tax
Please note the event venue and VAT place of services is in Berlin, Germany.
Payment
We accept payment via PayPal (incl. SEPA and credit card) and invoice (payment period 10 days).
Additional charges not covered by us may apply.
Cancellation policy
If you wish to cancel your registration, we require a written notification to wwcs-summit2024@labconcepts.de.
The following conditions apply:
- Cancellation requests received by March 31, 2024: full refund of the registration fees
- Cancellation requests received by April 30, 2024: refund of 50% of the registration fees
- Cancellation requests received after April 30, 2024: no refund of the registration fees
- There are no refunds for no-shows
- Bank fees may be charged on all refunds
- The conference organizers do not take the responsibility for force majeure reasons for cancellation of the event (natural disaster, outbreak of severe contagious epidemic preventing the organizers from running the event, major strikes, war, etc.). In such cases, refunds are subject to the discretion of
MCC gGmbH - In the case of rejected visa applications, fees are reimbursed (details of the refund as already
described above)
