The Location

The WWCS Summit 2024 will take place in Berlin during June 9th-12th. 

We are glad to announce that the Summit will take place at TU Berlin’s central campus, located in the heart of the Charlottenburg district.

Public Transportation Options

The Technical University of Berlin (TU Berlin) Central Campus in Charlottenburg is well-served by public transportation. The closest public transport stops/stations to TU Berlin Central Campus include:

  • Ernst-Reuter-Platz: This U-Bahn (subway) station is located near the central campus and is served by the U2 line.
  • There are several bus stops located directly near the TU Berlin campus, including stops for buses 245, M45, and X34.
  • Tram stop in Wilsnacker Straße served by tram lines M5 and M10.

Conference Dinner

Our conference dinner will take place on June 10, 2024, starting at 07:30 PM in a special event location named Wasserwerk. Found in a central part of the city, it offers a unique space with ambient vibe.

We plan to include a mixture of vegetarian and vegan options, paying close attention to sustainability while still including something for everyone.

When registering for the conference, you will see an extra option to book the conference dinner for 90 EUR incl. tax. It is not included with the regular ticket.

Public Transportation Options

The Wasserwerk is easily accessible via public transport. The closest stops to Wasserwerk include:

  • Spichernstraße: This U-Bahn (subway) station is located near the event location and operated by the U3 and U9 lines
  • There are several bus stops located directly nearby, including stops for bus lines 204 and 249, which depart directly from TU Berlin
